Enhancing the Professionalism of Security Personnel: PERSADA Collaborates with the Community Relations Division of the Bengkulu Provincial Police to Conduct Socialization and Training

PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk (PERSADA) continues to show its commitment to improving the quality and competence of its security personnel. On March 29, 2026, PERSADA held an Socialization, Training, and Face-to-Face Meeting with the Community Guidance (Binmas) unit of the Bengkulu Regional Police.

This event was specifically aimed at PERSADA Security Personnel (Satpam) assigned to strategic client locations, primarily in the Banking and Government sectors within the Bengkulu region. The event emphasized the importance of discipline, understanding the latest security regulations, and service ethics for security personnel.

The participation of the Community Relations Division of the Bengkulu Provincial Police in this program serves as a supervisory and technical training body for security personnel in the field, ensuring their capabilities meet police regulations. 

Through this socialization and technical guidance event, PERSADA is committed to ensuring that every security personnel is not only physically and technically proficient but also has excellent service ethics in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures (SOP).
