Preparing Professional IKR Technicians, PERSADA Provides Technical Training and Standardization for Newly Recruited Personnel

PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk (PERSADA) regularly conducts intensive technical training for newly recruited technicians as part of its strategy to strengthen its professional and reliable workforce. This activity is carried out by the Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Business Line and Project Management Office (PMO) teams with the aim of standardizing the Company's technicians and service quality in the field.

This activity is a concrete step in supporting the preparation of approximately 2,000 specialist workers who have dual functions as Home Cable Installation Technicians (IKR) and sales and promotion personnel.

PERSADA trained participants in skills such as:

• Basic Knowledge of Transmission Media, Fiber Optics (FO), Cable Structure, Signal Characteristics.
• Splicing and Termination Techniques, Mechanical Connection, Cable Pull from Pole (DP/ODP) to House.
• Use of Measuring Instruments (Testing), OPM (Optical Power Meter), OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer), VFL (Visual Fault Locator).
• Device Configuration (CPE), ONT/Modem Settings, STB (Set Top Box), Wi-Fi Optimization.
• Device Configuration (CPE), ONT/Modem Settings, STB (Set Top Box), Wi-Fi Optimization. 

This preparation of a competent workforce is in line with PERSADA's vision to support the acceleration of internet penetration in Indonesia through Starlite (FTTH) and Internet Rakyat (IRA/FWA) services. These trained personnel will be deployed throughout the Greater Jakarta area, Banten, West Java, Central Java, and East Java to ensure equitable service coverage even in remote areas.
